Brass H70 sheet

H70 brass sheet has a very good plastic (in solidifying) and higher strength, machinability is good, easy to welding, for the average corrosion is very stable, but easy to produce corrosion cracking. H70 brass sheet is used in heat exchanger, paper tube, mechanical and electronic components.

Low chemical composition:
Copper Cu: 68.5 ~ 71.5
Zinc and zinc: allowance
Lead Pb: 0.03 or less
P P: 0.01 or less
Iron Fe: 0.10 or less
Stibium: 0.005 or less
Bi Bi: 0.005 or less
Note: 0.3 or less (impurities)

Low mechanical properties:
Tensile strength of sigma b (MPa) : p. 290
Elongation delta (%) : 40 or higher
Note: the strip tensile mechanical properties at room temperature

Sample size: the thickness of 0.3 or higher
Low heat treatment specification: hot working temperature of 750 ~ 830 ℃. Annealing temperature is 520 ~ 650 ℃; Eliminate the internal stress of low temperature annealing temperature is 260 ~ 270 ℃.
